Quality Manager (m/f) 80-100 %, workplace Chur

To complement our team, we are looking for an engaged personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, who actively helps shape processes and competently accompanies our specialist departments in all quality-relevant topics.

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in quality and process management as well as corresponding further training
• Sound knowledge of the requirements from ISO 9001 as well as ideally ISO 13485
• Experience in the planning, execution, and accompaniment of internal and external audits
• Very good communication skills and a confident manner of expression in German and English

Your main tasks:

• Responsibility for the support, maintenance, and further development of the quality management system including QM documentation and quality processes
• Planning, execution, and follow-up of internal as well as external audits
• Analysis and processing of deviations, complaints, and risks as well as implementation of sustainable improvement measures (KVP)
• Execution and coordination of quality tests and product qualifications
• Support of projects and production areas in quality-relevant questions
• Promotion of a sustainable quality culture within the company
