Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 30–60 % – Evening shift immediately or by arrangement

For a Spitex organization, we are looking for a Pflegefachperson HF for the evening shift from 17:00 to 23:30, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The position is ideal for professionals who value fixed working hours, a flexible workload, and independent work, but at the same time want to rely on a supportive team.

Tasks

• Independent care and support of clients in the evening
• Implementation of nursing and treatment nursing measures
• Responsibility for professional and individual care
• Cooperation and exchange within a self-organized team

Requirements

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau / dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
• Independent, reliable, and empathetic way of working
• Enjoyment of teamwork and shared responsibility
• Driver's license and/or confident cycling
