What you can be responsible for with us

• You lead and accompany our 14-member, young logistics team in the operational and technical area and actively help out with the daily work
• You plan the assignments of your team, assign the work to be done, and maintain control over the smooth flow of goods from goods receipt to goods dispatch
• You ensure the correct recording of goods receipts, customer orders, and internal warehouse transfers in the system
• You actively support the monitoring, control, and updating of stock levels as well as the organization and execution of inventories
• You monitor the processes in storage as well as picking and check our products for cleanliness, condition, and proper labeling
• You bring in fresh ideas and actively help to constantly optimize our logistics processes

How you convince

• You are a motivated doer with completed training in the field of logistics (Logistiker EFZ) and ideally you already bring initial leadership experience
• With your open and winning manner, you are a true role model for your team and enjoy a strongly operational role "at the front"
• You keep a cool head even in hectic moments, are flexible in working hours, and are physically fit
• It is an advantage if you have already gained experience in the food sector and have good German skills in speaking and writing
