TASKS Telephone and written customer support in the health insurance environment Advising insured persons on products, services, and administrative matters Processing customer inquiries during office hours Ensuring professional and understandable communication Training during the first 2 weeks on site in Basel with 100% workload REQUIREMENTS Completed VBV training is mandatory, no consideration without VBV Flawless Swiss German Friendly, clear, and customer-oriented communication Reliable, structured, and independent work Willingness to work 100% in Basel for the first 2 weeks Availability from around 31.08. or 07.09.
