TRE Spitex GmbH is a Spitex organization based in Dietikon. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent implementation of nursing and care services for our clients at home
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to the care plan and medical prescription
• Observation and documentation of the health status of the clients
• Maintenance of complete and professional nursing documentation
• Cooperation with the nursing management, nursing specialists, doctors, relatives, and other specialist agencies
• Support of the clients in maintaining their independence in everyday life
• Ensuring professional, respectful, and individual care
• Participation in organizational and administrative tasks in the nursing sector

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• Responsible, independent, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of outpatient care and direct contact with people
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and respectful interaction with clients
• Good organizational skills
• Confident use of digital working tools and nursing documentation is an advantage
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
