Posieux | 100-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Ensure the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the optimization of the sanitary and thermal installations of the Posieux site • Guarantee the availability, reliability, and performance of the installations • Guarantee the continuity of the water and heat supply necessary for the operation of the site • Be the technical referent in your field and collaborate with other maintenance trades, users, as well as with specialized companies intervening on the installations • Intervene in a varied environment, ranging from technical installations related to research to agricultural exploitation infrastructures • Participate in the on-call service as well as the monitoring of the building's safety installations <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • CFC in the sanitary/heating field or professional training deemed equivalent. Good knowledge in other areas of building technology is an asset • At least 5 years of professional experience in building technology and maintenance • Responsible and reliable person. Ability to find solutions adapted to the different challenges of building technology • Analytical spirit, sense of responsibility, and ability to search for solutions in an autonomous and pragmatic manner • Result-oriented and practical person, excellent communication skills and very good team spirit • Knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words Do you want to put your technical expertise at the service of an extraordinary environment?
