Head of Finance, HR & Administration Disposal & Environment meets Energy Your responsibility You lead the areas of finance, HR, administration, IT as well as acceptance and logistics. You are responsible for financial planning, budget, annual financial statements, liquidity planning and controlling for erzo KVA and erzo ARA as well as the proprietary business "sludge drying". You create well-founded decision-making bases for the management, board of directors and other bodies. You ensure professional HR processes - from payroll and social insurance to entries, exits and recruitment. You continuously develop financial, administrative and reporting processes. Together with external and internal specialists, you ensure the operation of IT and the implementation of cyber security. You represent erzo KVA and erzo ARA vis-à-vis banks, auditing firm, insurance companies, authorities and other partners. Your competencies You have a commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting or controlling and have several years of experience in this field. Ideally, you are familiar with the public community and accounting according to HRM2. You have leadership experience and a good understanding of HR, payroll and social insurance. You work in a structured, independent and forward-thinking manner and keep an overview even of complex topics. You appear confident, communicate in a target-group-oriented manner and have an affinity for IT and digital processes.
