Head of Production, Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d)

In the course of succession planning, we are looking for an experienced and pragmatic leader who will actively further develop the production organization together with the Executive Board and help shape the next steps of development. Head of Production, Member of the Executive Board (m/f/d) Main tasks: Leadership of the Production department for both business areas, Sport and Stage, with around 75 employees Management and coaching of the teams Supply Chain (Purchasing, Production Planning/Preparation, Logistics), Production, and Assembly As a member of the Executive Board, promotion and representation of the overall interests of the company Further development and increase of competence of the 2nd management level Responsibility for the central value creation process from purchasing to assembly Ensuring efficient production with regard to deadlines, costs, and quality for project and series business Strategic further development of production with regard to automation and digitalization Coordination with interface departments (Project Business, Technology) Actively promoting and demanding enthusiasm and understanding for Lean Management Requirements: Completed higher education (higher vocational training or university of applied sciences) or corresponding completed technical or manual vocational training with further education Many years of professional experience as a Production Manager in plant engineering or at a system provider Proven leadership competence in multi-level team leadership Experience in at least one of the following manufacturing areas: metal processing, wood processing and/or textile processing Ideally knowledge in electrical planning and automation as well as experience in change management and cultural changes Familiar with the application of Lean methodologies Future-oriented and progressive in mindset, personality that wants to drive development and promote innovations Team player who can interact well with others at all levels and can work well with different people Will to take responsibility and actively help shape the company Readiness for regular presence on-site, ideally residence within commuting distance Interested?
