As part of a 100% permanent position, and to take responsibility for a new project, we are looking for one of our clients in the canton of Vaud for a: Project Manager

Project Manager

• Trained as a Civil/Building Engineer or Architect (HES - EPFL) * Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general/total company on Swiss territory applied to similar projects. * You are versatile and proactive * You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your clients and collaborators * With good interpersonal skills, you know how to advise and accompany clients in the construction process * You have good knowledge of SIA and AEAI standards and regulations regarding occupational safety. Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL?) is also desired * You are proficient in office, design, price study, and planning software (Messerli, Ms project, Autocad...)
• Lead the teams of consultants from the preliminary design phase to the building permit, in close relationship with the MO + Preparation of calls for tender + Negotiations with companies + Coordinate the different project partners + Manage relations with authorities and the MO + Ensure the economic and financial monitoring of your project, compliance with deadlines and cost optimization + Lead a team of 1 or more site managers depending on the size of the project + Guarantor of project safety and environment + Receive the work until the lifting of reservations jpidf992434jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
