With more than 350 employees at 17 locations, the clinic group is among the leading and independent private clinics in German-speaking Switzerland. Facilities Management Specialist 100%

Tasks

• Light repairs and renovations to our infrastructure are part of your area of responsibility
• The control, monitoring, and maintenance of our facilities and building technology is in your hands
• You take care of the coordination of external companies and control the quality of their work
• You also take responsibility for waste management, including recycling and professional disposal
• You actively help out during internal and external events
• The database of our area management "CAMPOS" is maintained and organized by you
• You contribute to projects with creative solutions and take over the management of smaller construction or technical projects
• Standards and concepts for areas, equipment, and processes are developed and further refined by you
• Damage reports are processed efficiently by you, and you reliably implement appropriate measures

Job Requirements

• You have completed training as a Fachmann/-Frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Your working style is independent and solution-oriented, and you find creative approaches to every challenge
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel are among your strengths
• A category B driver's license is present
• A versatile challenge motivates you, and you can score with good German skills in spoken and written form
