What you will achieve with us

• You will take on a central medical and organizational leadership role in acute geriatrics, geriatric rehabilitation, and outpatient geriatrics and shape the future of geriatric medicine together with us.
• You will lead interprofessional teams with clarity, empathy, and clinical presence and promote a culture of responsibility, cooperation, and further education.
• You will care for highly complex geriatric patients and combine evidence-based medicine with the individual needs and life goals of the people.
• You will further develop care models, quality standards, and professional focuses and actively participate in the strategic development of geriatrics.
• You will participate in the senior medical service system with on-call duty and without night shifts.

You impress us-

• with your specialist title in General Internal Medicine with a focus on Geriatrics (SIWF) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• with sound clinical experience in acute and/or rehabilitation geriatrics as well as leadership experience at the management level.
• with joy in complex medicine, in people, and in a geriatrics that takes function, autonomy, and quality of life as seriously as diagnoses.
• with management further education at at least CAS level or the willingness to complete such.
• with very good German language skills and a personality that combines professional excellence with empathy, reliability, curiosity, and the joy of shaping things.
