Your tasks:

• Independent handling of the entire personnel administration - from entry to exit
• Administrative support and assistance to employees during the entire HR life cycle
• Responsibility for the payroll accounting based on the four-eyes principle
• Contact person for external bodies such as authorities, offices, insurance companies and social insurance providers
• Processing of reports and forms, including in connection with maternity and paternity compensation
• Management and control of time tracking as well as absence management
• Collaboration in accounts payable accounting as well as deputy in the area of accounts receivable accounting
• Support of the commercial management in monthly and annual financial statements

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in the entire HR life cycle or in personnel administration
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Further training in human resources, ideally as a personal assistant or personnel clerk
• Very precise, structured and efficient way of working
• Independent and proactive personality with assertiveness
• Resilience and enjoyment of maintaining an overview even in hectic situations
• Very good MS Office skills
• Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
