• Management and coordination of the entire project process from the initiation to the post-project phase as a leader of a project team
• Project planning and monitoring of costs and timelines
• Independent resource planning in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments

What you bring with you

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Informatics (Uni/FH) or a comparable focus
• Experience in the execution of IT infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Experience or an existing network with/to the Bundesamt für Informatik (BIT) is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of classic and agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, PMI, IPMA, Hermes)
• German at native speaker level
• Strong analytical and networked thinking skills, quick comprehension, team spirit and initiative; solution-oriented and assertive

With your project management skills, you lead and support the implementation of the project portfolio for internal company projects that build and further develop our service portfolio. Through close cooperation with various specialist departments and ICT units, as well as through the planning of work packages and the necessary resources, you contribute to creating sustainable added value in an efficient manner.
