TORMAX Schweiz AG is looking for an entrepreneurially minded Managing Director (m/f) With enthusiasm and technical knowledge, you will work with your team to develop customized door solutions for the demanding clientele in German-speaking Switzerland and ensure their timely and cost-effective production, installation and service throughout the entire life cycle. Your tasks Development and implementation of the strategy in close cooperation with the management team and the Group headquarters Development and implementation of the budgets together with the management team Ensuring efficient sales activities in connection with targeted marketing measures to further increase market penetration and further promote the brand image Ensuring the technical conception of door solutions, their production and installation - on time and within the calculated costs Ensuring a professional service organization (maintenance and repair) Ensuring the high quality of products and services through appropriate processes and quality controls Maintaining the operational readiness of the infrastructure, machines, tools and vehicles through appropriate maintenance Responsibility for financial leadership, incl.
