YOUR ACTIVITIES

• You are the contact person for our customers across all channels
• You support them on the telephone and conduct advisory conversations, take
• orders or answer complaints (solution-oriented)
• You take over correspondence or email processing in different languages

YOUR PROFILE

• You speak CH-German and French or Italian (mandatory)
• You are resilient, open and communicative
• You have good basic PC skills
• You work with commitment, are flexible and customer-oriented
• You are motivated to familiarize yourself with a new field
