Recognized and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specializing in the provision of administrative personnel and executives, temporary and permanent, in many economic sectors, such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions.

We wish to recruit a Receptionist fr-eng (80%) for a 4-month mission within a private bank.

Mission :
-------------

• Welcoming clients and visitors, managing calls, maintaining the reception
• Managing appointments and conference rooms, organizing Board of Directors meetings
• Booking travel, restaurants and other services for bankers
• Sending mail, mailing banking documents to clients
• Contacts with the technical service and property management, checking supplier invoices and archiving
• Updating listings
• Administrative support to various teams
• Concierge service for VIP Clients

Profile
----------

• Ideally Hotel Management training or equivalent, bilingual French-English
• 4-5 years of successful experience in the banking field or similar, in Switzerland
• Good mastery of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
• Organized, sense of service, flexible and good team spirit
• Residing in Switzerland preferably, valid work permit and available from January
