Socio-educational Assistant CFC (M/F)
to join our team of temporary pool workers, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and/or motor), psychiatry and childhood.

Job description
Work in close collaboration with existing teams to ensure appropriate supervision for the people accompanied
Participate in the development and implementation of educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy and the development of individuals' skills
Ensure regular monitoring of the progress and difficulties encountered by the people accompanied, while maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
Actively participate in team meetings and internal training to enrich your knowledge and skills

Activity rate: variable depending on your availability
Contract type: temporary missions (with the possibility of evolving towards permanent contracts depending on needs and structures)
Location: canton of Vaud, with missions in different establishments depending on needs.
Profile sought
CFC Socio-educational Assistant diploma or foreign title recognized as such
Significant previous experience in the socio-educational support of people in situations of vulnerability
Knowledge of the various issues related to disability, psychiatry, child/adolescent protection or other related fields
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
