Schulheim Effingen specializes in the care and schooling of normally gifted children and adolescents with socio-emotional impairments.

The Schulheim is an institution recognized by the Federal Office of Justice and offers residential places 365 days a year for a total of 44 children and adolescents of school age, of which 34 are school and residential places with an additional 10 progression places.-

We are looking for:

• Dipl. Sozialpädagoge HF/FH (m/w/d) School 80%

from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Accompanying the children and adolescents in the school area
• Promoting the personal competencies of the clients
• Active participation in teacher meetings and other exchange formats

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed degree in Social Pedagogy HF/FH
• You are flexible, resilient, and a responsible personality with joy in a demanding task
• Positive basic attitude, empathy, capacity for reflection, resilience, ability to handle criticism and humor
