Important remarks: Hours Monday to Friday 6h00/16h00, approximately 6 Saturdays to manage peaks related to public holidays. ### What you accomplish * Manage and monitor, at the system level, the order preparation process and the order preparation sequence for the stores * Verify by telephone the order errors made by customers and correct them in the inventory management system * Close collaboration with the inventory management and transport planning department * Monitor expiration dates as well as stock availability * Co-responsible for the availability of equipment (mobile terminals, printers, etc.) at the distribution center * General administrative tasks (analyses, management control, etc.) ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (CFC) * Specialization: in the field of logistics, completed by a federal diploma of logistics specialist * Professional experience: Professional experience: 3-5 years in a comparable function * Sense of planning, coordination and organization * Global thinking as well as a rigorous and autonomous working method * A person capable of working in a team and endowed with good communication skills * An affinity for IT systems * French (C1) * German (A1) * English (ADVANTAGEOUS) ### What we offer you * Company parking: Free parking: Do you come by car?
