To strengthen our «Ident Center» team, we are looking for a Clerk Identification 20 - 50 % (Evening / Saturday) starting immediately. In this role, you will perform the online identification of customers on behalf of our clients, primarily banks. This serves the creation of various bank applications such as account openings, credit cards, etc. Your main tasks include: • Receiving video calls for the online identification of customers in the languages DE and EN (FR/IT an advantage) • Verifying the online identifications carried out by team colleagues • Various administrative tasks We are looking for goal-oriented and motivated personalities with communication skills and tact.
