Cook

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily production of the indicated section in accordance with instructions
• Provide quality food in collaboration with other members of the F&B team
• Ensure varied meals
• Participate in and improve service (provide ideas for innovation and variety of dishes).
• Apply HACCP standards and ensure they are respected in the production area
• Be attentive to the needs of the students

Qualities and qualifications

• CFC in cooking or equivalent
• 2 years of experience as a cook
• French native speaker and good knowledge of English
• Mastery of International recipes, with knowledge of Asian cuisine an asset
• Creative, autonomous and flexible
• Capable of executing assigned tasks, quickly and professionally
• Enjoys teamwork
