Team Leader Accounts Receivable 70-80% (a)

Your tasks:
In this versatile leadership role, you will take on the technical management of a team of approximately ten employees and ensure the timely and high-quality processing of tasks in accounts receivable. Your focus is on the coordination, delegation, and quality assurance of daily work.
You accompany and support your employees in their daily work, promote professional exchange, and ensure high work quality through the four-eyes principle as well as smooth knowledge transfer.

Your profile:
You have a commercial vocational training, successfully completed further training as a specialist in accounting, or you are currently in training to become a specialist in finance and accounting. Furthermore, you bring sound professional experience in finance and accounting as well as leadership experience.
You are a communicative, responsible, and assertive personality with joy in the leadership and support of employees. Experience in work agogics or the willingness to undergo corresponding further training is an advantage.
You work in a structured and flexible manner, possess very good German skills (native level or C2) as well as very good MS Office skills. User knowledge in ABACUS and Bexio is an advantage. Committed re-entrants are also welcome.
