For this function, we are looking for an upbeat and organized personality who will support our team on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

YOUR TASKS ##

• Maintenance and updating of our referrer master data
• Collaboration in the back office, especially work in H-Net
• Processing of incoming requests
• General administrative activities to support the Services Radiology team

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training in healthcare (e.g., medical secretary/hospital secretary) or in the commercial sector with knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong service orientation, strong communication skills, reliable and resilient
• Enjoyment of teamwork and an independent, structured way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage
• Proficient handling of common IT applications
