The school construction department is the central point between the needs of the school, the management, the janitorial services, and the specialized executing bodies. It manages approximately 180 buildings belonging to the department as well as leased properties. The department's field of activity extends from strategic planning to real estate management on behalf of the owner.

Starting from 1 December 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for reinforcement for our self-organized team. Expect varied tasks and collaboration within a committed and agile team.

Your tasks ##

• Coordination of maintenance work with users and janitorial services during operation as well as management of service and maintenance contracts
• Direction and coordination of projects and processes (notably the implementation of the CAFM system) with a focus on the maintenance of buildings and green spaces
• Technical management and support of maintenance and renovation projects
• Budgeting, control and approval of maintenance measures and small projects
• Processing of billing processes in building maintenance
• Advisory function for operation and management

Your profile ##

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management with a specialization in "Real Estate" or "Building Systems"
• Experience in user representation, operational FM as well as CAFM is an advantage
• Autonomy, communication skills and personal initiative
• Ability to solve problems and precise working method
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office
