Your future areas of responsibility ##

• Technical and personnel leadership of the production team in the injection molding area
• Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of quality, deadlines and efficiency
• Deployment and resource planning (personnel, machines and equipment)
• Introduction, training and further development of employees
• Conducting employee appraisals and supporting personnel matters
• Continuous optimization of processes and workflows (KVP)
• Setting up and programming injection molding machines as well as peripheral equipment
• Participation in sampling, process optimization and automation projects
• Ensuring quality requirements as well as processing of complaints
• Close cooperation with quality assurance, laboratory, toolmaking and logistics

Your skills and competencies ##

• Completed training as a Kunststofftechnologe EFZ or a comparable training
• Leadership experience in industrial plastic production is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in the field of injection molding and the manufacture of plastic parts
• Experience in the optimization of production processes as well as in Lean Management
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working
• Strong communication and leadership competence

Languages ##

• You have fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
