Group Controller

• 10 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Berneck ## As a Group Controller, you are an important exchange partner for the CFO, the management, the co-CEOs and the administrative board, and you make an essential contribution to the financial management of our international group. In collaboration with the financial team, you ensure transparent decision-making bases, continuously develop group-wide reporting and create real added value for our organization through your analyses. You work closely with our subsidiaries and bring your expertise, particularly in the analysis of sales, margin, cost and earnings developments at group level. What you can achieve ## • Establishment, maintenance and development of a group reporting system and a management cockpit relevant to the group and subsidiaries • Ensure regular monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including analysis, validation and commentary on key financial and performance indicators • Analysis of sales, revenue, margins, costs, earnings, working capital, receivables, liquidity and other relevant KPIs for management • Realization of budget, forecast and medium-term planning processes as well as coordination of planning assumptions with subsidiaries and internal interfaces • Validation of local figures, closures, plans and expectation calculations as well as their integration into a consistent group view • Support during monthly, quarterly and annual closures, group-wide harmonizations, intercompany issues and consolidation-related topics • Development of reporting standards, indicator systems, data quality, documentation, responsibilities and uniform management logics • Monitoring and support for the application of internal guidelines, particularly in the areas of reporting, closing, compliance, governance, data quality and deadlines • Participation in risk management by identifying, evaluating and monitoring financial risks, result burdens, margin fluctuations, cost deviations and potential for improvement • Business partnership for subsidiaries, local financial managers and internal departments on financial issues • Initiation, management and control of enterprise projects, particularly in relation to reporting, planning, process improvement, system integration, automation and financial management • Participation in the optimization and automation of controlling processes as well as the reduction of manual dependencies on Excel   What characterizes you ## • University degree or higher education in business administration, controlling, finance or accounting • Several years of experience in controlling, participation controlling, group reporting or financial controlling • Experience with international subsidiaries, distribution companies or national organizations • Very good understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, cost accounting, margin logic and economic indicators • Understanding of closing processes, local closures, intercompany issues and consolidation bases • Very good Excel skills, experience with ERP/reporting systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI an advantage • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written • Analytical, structured and precise working method • Excellent communication skills in exchanges with subsidiaries, finance, management and external partners • Pragmatism, implementation-oriented and pleasure in evolving structures and processes What awaits you with us ## • An open and family-friendly culture • A thorough integration as well as a personalized welcome program with an insight into different departments • Meaningful work that improves the lives of others • At least 5 weeks of vacation as well as recovery days • Flexible working hours and possibility to work comfortably from home part-time • Support for professional development through targeted training • Coverage of daily sickness allowance insurance premium • Free parking spaces as well as charging options for electric vehicles • Free coffee, tea and fresh fruit as well as 15 minutes of paid break ## Ready to change the world of vision?
