La Maison Béthel is an innovative intermediate reception structure, which is addressed to adults (18-65 years old) in temporary or chronic psychic fragility. The establishment is located in an idyllic neighborhood of Blonay and can accommodate 22 people for short stays. Its supervised apartments also welcome 14 residents.
We are looking for a
Health Care Assistant / Night Watchperson
in CDI at 60% - 80% (including approximately 10% to 20% night watches)

Your mission:
In your capacity as a health care assistant, you contribute to the support of care beneficiaries and their relatives in the acts of daily life in a personalized manner according to the values of the institution. Your action unfolds interdisciplinarily with all the professionals of the institution.
Possibility of performing night watches, including notably the security and support of care beneficiaries, the management of situations requiring intervention as well as handovers with the day team.
Your objectives:
To ensure, within the limits of your competencies and the delegations entrusted to you, the daily support of beneficiaries in the acts of daily life, their comfort, their security and the maintenance of their autonomy;
To observe their general state and their behavior, identify significant changes and transmit them to the referring professionals;
To participate, according to your role, in the prevention measures, the activities and the interventions planned in the individualized project of the care beneficiary;
To participate in the support of care beneficiaries in supervised apartments, such as household and meal coaching.
Your qualities and skills:
Swiss Red Cross health care assistant certificate;
Professional experience in the field of mental health;
Good observation, evaluation and synthesis skills;
Good organizational and communication skills;
Ease in teamwork and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration;
Mastery of spoken and written French as well as mastery of usual IT tools;
Good knowledge of the vaudois care network, an asset.
