Your tasks

• Coordinating and timely processing of internal as well as external orders
• Processing of credit notes and direct debits
• Answering and managing customer inquiries
• Checking and ensuring smooth ordering processes
• Managing complaint and returns management
• Maintaining and managing data in SAP as well as creating evaluations

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with professional experience in sales back office or similar
• MS-Office, SAP, and CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Number-oriented, service-oriented, and committed team player personality
• Reliable, efficient, careful, and structured way of working as well as quick comprehension and analytical mindset
• German: stylish C2 / English: good to very good knowledge B2-C1 / French and Italian: knowledge is a plus
