Project Manager Commercial Refrigeration

You manage commercial refrigeration projects, overseeing profitability, technical studies and quoting, and supervising site teams across French-speaking Switzerland.

Tasks

• Responsible for the profitability, follow-up and financial management of your projects
• In charge of technical studies and quoting for site and maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with contractual and budgetary commitments
• Supervise the organization of interventions by fitters and technicians and manage equipment
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Propose improvements regarding performance, operation and safety
• Travel across French-speaking Switzerland for project work

Profile

• Higher technical education in refrigeration (ES technician, engineer, IFFI, HES, BF, DF)
• At least 2 years of experience managing refrigeration installation projects
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration, notably CO2 systems
• Knowledge of electricity and control systems is an advantage
• Proficient with standard IT tools
• Operational level of technical English required; knowledge of another language is an asset
• Good communicator, organized, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
