Commercial Specialist Administration / Secretariat

YOUR TASK IN THE BACK OFFICE

• Independent completion of versatile and demanding administrative tasks as well as coordination, organization and correspondence in daily business
• Create, process accounts receivable and ensure ongoing processing
• Record and process offers in cooperation with department managers and construction managers
• Manage telephone and reception and act as a contact person for internal and external contacts
• Support the technical department with administrative and organizational tasks

YOUR PROFILE - OUR FRAMEWORK

• Commercial basic training, preferably in the construction industry
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge in Microsoft 365
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
