Your tasks • You are responsible for the efficient, goal- and solution-oriented processing of reported accidents and take a position on the possibilities of benefits (accident concept/causality checks) in this context • The calculation and payment of daily allowances as well as the examination of medical expense accounts also fall within your area of responsibility • You are in contact with insured persons, their employers and treating physicians and are therefore also responsible for case management • Creating individual correspondence rounds off the task area of case processing • You deal with general specialist questions and are jointly responsible for maintaining contact with customers. • You have an interest in specialist management tasks, and optionally, if suitable, the assumption of the function as deputy group leader is possible Your profile • You have a commercial or paramedical training.
