Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/w/d)

Are you a rising talent or already an experienced specialist in the fiduciary sector? For our client at the Zug location, we are looking for a committed personality as a fiduciary expert (80–100%).

In this versatile position, you will manage demanding mandates from different industries and take responsibility for financial accounting as well as other fiduciary issues. At the same time, you have the opportunity to contribute your experience and provide professional support to younger team members.

Responsibilities

• You maintain client accountsings according to Swiss accounting standards and participate in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• You manage and lead clients from different industries with a focus on financial accounting.
• You advise clients on complex issues regarding accounting, value-added tax, and withholding taxes.
• If interested, you will take on additional tasks in the area of salary administration and payroll.
• You actively participate in market development and the acquisition of client orders.
• You act as a professional contact person for younger team members and support them in their professional development.

Requirement Profile

• You have several years of professional experience in the fiduciary industry or in a comparable function.
• You have completed further training to become a dipl. Treuhandexperte/-in or Experten/-in Rechnungslegung und Controlling, or are currently in training.
• You have very good knowledge of ABACUS or comparable accounting software and are proficient in using MS Office.
• Experience in salary accounting / payroll is an advantage.
• You convince through a professional appearance as well as an independent and structured way of working.
• You are a dynamic personality with team spirit, high quality awareness, and enjoyment in working with clients and colleagues.
