Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for the entire HR administration from entry to exit for our approximately 70 employees in Switzerland
• You ensure efficient and correct payroll accounting and are responsible for all topics related to social insurance
• Our time recording system is your responsibility, as is the creation of employee-related documents such as employment contracts, work certificates and confirmations
• For HR-relevant questions from our specialists and managers, you are a competent contact person and ensure implementation in compliance with laws and guidelines
• You actively support in recruiting – from correspondence with applicants in the applicant management system to appointment coordination
• In our digital personnel files, you maintain all personnel data and enter information regarding training and further education in the internal database
• Furthermore, the continuous optimization and digitalization of HR processes is important to you

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with further training in the HR area (HR Assistant, Payroll Specialist)
• Several years of professional experience in the area of HR administration and payroll
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance law
• Experience with an ERP system in the payroll area, ideally Sage / Infoniqa
• High level of independence and a strong sense of quality
• Trustworthy, strong-communicating, service-oriented and upbeat personality
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, French is an advantage
