Here you will apply trademark and patent law at national and international levels, develop it further, and can actively help shape intellectual property law.
Jurist / Rechtsanwalt (w/m/d)
You independently manage Federal Council matters in trademark and patent law
You participate in trademark and patent legislation at national and international levels
As a delegation member, you represent Switzerland in international negotiations in the field of trademark and patent law
You take on the independent management of administrative proceedings and administrative court proceedings, including legal enforcement as well as drafting decrees and legal briefs
You prepare clarifications and answer complex legal questions
You have a completed degree (lic. iur., MLaw)
An attorney's license or other legal further training is an advantage
You master German, English, as well as a second official language in spoken and written form at a very good level
You are motivated to gain experience in the field of intellectual property
You present complex facts orally and in writing clearly, understandably, and with stylistic confidence
You are flexible and resilient and appear confident and convincing
