Home Care (Littoral Neuchâtelois)

Main missions:
Provide basic care and hygiene to patients
Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the doctor
Perform prescribed and planned nursing care (for the nurse position)
Manage the distribution and monitoring of medication
Accompany people in daily life activities
Promote communication and the general well-being of beneficiaries
Collaborate actively within the multidisciplinary team
Participate in the development and monitoring of personalized care projects

Required skills and qualities:
Recognized diploma in Switzerland: Nurse
Driver's license mandatory and personal vehicle required
Sense of responsibility and rigorous respect for hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Empathy, listening, and respect for the dignity of patients, attention to detail
Ability to adapt and manage stress

Hours: To be agreed, without night shifts.

Remuneration: According to the salary scale, possible end-of-year bonuses not guaranteed.

Start date: Immediate or to be agreed
