Customer Advisor / Sales Manager in the field service (m/f/d)

• Active new customer acquisition & market development: You proactively approach potential customers in the Northwest Switzerland region and convince them with needs-based insurance solutions.
• Holistic customer consulting: You conduct competent advisory discussions directly on-site, analyze the individual situation of your customers, and develop optimal protection concepts.
• Exploitation of market potentials: Through active cross-selling and the targeted sale of additional services, you expand customer relationships in a sustainable manner.
• Independent area management: You organize your appointments as well as your tour planning independently and use your excellent local knowledge for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: At least 3 years of demonstrable success in sales or field service (ideally in the finance, insurance, or service industry).
• Sales and acquisition strength: Distinct goal orientation, enjoyment of active networking, and a pronounced strength in the area of cross-selling.
• Local anchoring: You live in the Northwest Switzerland region (ideally in the Reinach, Allschwil area or the immediate vicinity) and possess a strong social/regional network.
• Mobility: A valid driving license of category B and a private vehicle for daily customer activity are mandatory.
• Impeccable reputation: Due to the regulatory requirements of the industry, we require absolute integrity (impeccable criminal and special register extract as well as orderly financial circumstances without significant debt enforcement proceedings).
