For our location in Wettingen, we are looking for a dedicated, independent and organized personality who is responsible for our spare parts warehouse, develops it further and supports our customer service if required.

YOUR TASKS

Spare parts warehouse and inventory management

• Independent organization and responsibility for the spare parts warehouse
• Ensuring smooth spare parts supply for the workshop
• Procurement, sale and disposition of spare parts and accessories
• Monitoring and optimization of stock levels and warehouse processes
• Control of incoming goods, orders and returns
• Carrying out inventories and stock controls
• Processing of complaints and warranty returns
• Revenue and cost awareness in the area of parts and accessories

Customer service and administration

• Deputy support in customer service
• Customer reception and care for all brands
• Preparation of offers and billing of workshop orders
• Telephone and written customer contact
• Cash management and general administrative tasks
• Ensuring and compliance with brand standards

Your profile

• Completed training in the automotive industry, ideally with experience in spare parts management
• Good knowledge of inventory management and spare parts procurement
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills and economic thinking
• Enjoyment of customer contact and working with the workshop
• Good IT skills and quick comprehension
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team
