Psychiatric Nursing Specialist 50 - 100% Night Shift

As a Dipl. Nursing Specialist or Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, you will take on a responsible task in the night shift of a psychiatric ward in the Berner Oberland region with a workload of 50 to 100 %. You will actively contribute to the development of an innovative mother-child offer with a pioneering character in the field of gynaecopsychiatry. We are looking for a committed personality with specialist competence, sense of responsibility and interest in psychiatric care immediately or by agreement. What to expect • Specialist and high-quality care and treatment of patients in the night shift • Co-design of a new inpatient offer in the area of mother-child and gynaecopsychiatry • Responsibility for a patient-, team- and network-oriented approach • Close interprofessional collaboration in a committed project team • Active participation in the development and further development of processes What you bring • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist or Dipl.
