tasks

• you coordinate and supervise exciting construction projects, accompanying them from the planning phase to completion
• these are predominantly conversions with cost estimates
• you act in an advisory and leading role towards clients and tradespeople
• cost and schedule planning as well as cost estimation also enrich your versatile and demanding area of responsibility
• if suitable and interested, you can also take on construction project management and lead 2 junior construction managers
• the workload can, depending on preference, be 90 or 100%

requirements

• you have basic training as a mason, carpenter, draftsman architecture / architectural draftsman or similar (w/m/d)
• additionally, ideally you have further trained as an architect, project manager, construction manager / construction technician or are on your way to doing so
• good skills in reading and processing CAD plans are also important
• knowledge in the field of sustainable building and construction economics is highly valued, but not a requirement
• do you describe yourself as communicative, cooperative, well-organized, and solution-oriented?
