It is evolving its IT organization towards a hybrid, standardized and service-oriented model. In this context, it is looking for a manager capable of guaranteeing operational stability while driving this transformation.

Your missions

• Lead, structure and grow an internal IT team, with a service-oriented culture.
• Guarantee the availability, performance and security of the IT infrastructure, systems and services.
• Supervise the business application portfolio, in coordination with IT Product Owners and external partners.
• Manage service providers and outsourced services (contracts, SLA, budgets), ensuring quality and cost control.
• Conduct IT projects, from design to operational deployment.
• Ensure the governance, continuity and evolution of the information system, in connection with security, data and IT strategy.

Your profile

• Education in computer science or business informatics (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent). Additional training in ITSM, governance or project management is a plus.
• Several years of experience in a position of responsibility in IT Operations, ideally in a complex or regulated environment, including proven experience in team leadership.
• Solid practice in managing service providers, outsourcing, SLAs, budgets and IT projects.
• Good technical knowledge: hybrid infrastructures, Microsoft 365/Azure, networks, IAM, backup, cybersecurity and business applications.
• Assertive leadership, ease in negotiation and decision-making, structured and pragmatic mindset. An ITIL certification is an asset.
• French or German native language, with a good command of the other language. Technical English.
