IT Management Controller (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Information Systems division, we are looking for an IT Management Controller (M/F) whose main mission will be to participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.

Responsibilities ##

• Prepare and monitor the overhead and investment budgets of the Information Systems division
• Perform budgetary control of purchases for the IT division
• Assist budget managers in the justification of budgets, requests for additional budgets, the updating of their expenditure forecasts, and monthly closings
• Construct the dashboards necessary for the economic steering of the IT division
• Prepare the standard costs of technical components and services delivered by the IT
• Estimate the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) of major IT projects

Profile ##

• University education in finance (Master)
• Successful experience in the field of management control in the field of information systems
• Proficiency in budget management tools and performance monitoring dashboards (Excel, SAP BPC, ECC & PPM, Ivalua Buyer, Tableau)
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in a Management Control context
• Knowledge / interest in the challenges and different areas of the IT Division (infrastructure, information security, business solutions, data & digital)
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Empathy, cooperation and transparency with all partners
• Ability to work in a team and to be autonomous
• Rigor, perseverance, and self-control
• Sense of confidentiality regarding the data processed
