Eugen Schäfer AG has been active in the real estate business for over 60 years, mainly in the Dielsdorf ZH area.

The company is privately owned, which is also reflected in the direct and trusting interaction with employees, tenants, and partners.

We are looking for a hands-on reinforcement for our small, existing property management team for our properties in Dielsdorf.

Tasks

• Support with the re-letting of empty apartments
• Care of tenants and prospective tenants
• Creation of rental agreements, contract amendments, handover protocols as well as processing of terminations
• Coordination of appointments and orders between tenants, our own caretaker team and tradespeople
• Processing of insurance cases
• General telephone and counter service

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Experience in real estate letting and management (at least 3 years)
• Ability and willingness to pitch in within a small, familial team
• Independent, reliable way of working
• Very good correspondence skills in German
• Driver's license Cat. B, own car is an advantage
• Experience with AbaImmo (Abacus)
