The POK Pühringer AG, based in Vitznau (LU), acts as a holding company and service center for the group companies of the Pühringer Foundation Group (PFG), a diversified group of companies consisting of companies in the finance, real estate, hotel and clinic sectors. Construction Project Manager / Owner's Representative (m/w/d) Main tasks Represent the client - from idea to handover Representation of the client/investor as a central contact person for planners, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders - from investment decision to commissioning Ensure the client's goals (benefit, quality, costs, deadlines, operation) across all project phases Lead the project organization from the client's perspective (structures, roles, decision-making paths, governance) including protocol and resolution matters Prepare and control decisions Develop decision-making bases for committees/management: analyses, strategies, project and construction descriptions, variant comparisons, feasibility, cost-benefit considerations Budgeting, commitment control and forecasting including deviation analysis and measure tracking Create and maintain schedules and milestone plans Planner/contractor control and awards Planner and specialist planner control (coordination, target specifications, quality assurance, interface management) Control of tenders and awards: strategy, coordination of documents, tender applications, contract design in cooperation with internal and external partners Contract and supplementary management from the client's perspective (plausibility, negotiation preparation, documentation) Quality, risks and reporting Ensure deadline, quality and cost control including structured risk management Create and maintain a project report tailored to the target group (Management Summary, traffic light status, risks, forecast) Co-responsibility for the construction project management of the Pührinqer Group including monitoring and management of the project report Inventory and development Creation of status analyses and feasibility studies for existing properties (renovation needs, variants, rough cost estimate, prioritization) Profile Training in the construction industry (EFZ/HF/FH/ETH), ideally: further training in project management/controlling Several years of experience in project control, construction management, construction management or owner representation Very good knowledge of cost planning (BKP/eBKP) and scheduling methodology Secure in the use of Excel (models, pivot, evaluations); advantageous: MS Project/Primavera, Power BI, Messerli/Abacus etc. You can clearly address topics and are analytical Important are also entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness as well as pronounced social and communication skills Independent and structured work with a hands-on mentality Fluent German and negotiation-secure English skills advantageous We offer A multifaceted and diverse challenge in an exciting, forward-looking environment Attractive employment conditions Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths A team that works together at eye level Flexible working hours Individual development instead of standard program Modern workplace in a dreamlike location Modern tools and plenty of room for own ideas Further benefits such as catering in the group's own restaurant, parking etc. Here is the link for more information about the Pühringer Foundation Group.
