As an Accounting Manager, based in Martigny, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper management of accounting activities within the industrial/manufacturing industry. Your role will consist of ensuring the compliance of financial processes while ensuring accurate analysis of accounting data.

Missions

As an Accounting Manager 100%, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the maintenance and closing of accounts as well as the recording of daily, monthly, and annual accounting entries.
• Guarantee the reliability of accounts and monthly and annual financial reporting in compliance with Group deadlines.
• Ensure the accounting monitoring of investment projects, from budgeting to commissioning.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure the monitoring of provisions in collaboration with the various departments.
• Develop and monitor the projected cash flow plan and analyze variations.
• Participate in the improvement and optimization of accounting processes and procedures.
• Be the primary contact person for account managers and coordinate the preparation of audits.
• Collaborate with the Group's Finance & Accounting teams.

Candidate Profile

As an Accounting Manager, you have the following profile:

• Higher education in accounting, ideally completed by a Federal Diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent title.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial accounting.
• Essential mastery of SAP and very good knowledge of Excel.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards, notably Swiss GAAP.
• Experience in reporting and financial analysis.
• Ability to work in French, and English or German, but mastery of one of the 2 languages is essential
• Rigorous, autonomous, and organized personality, with an excellent sense of detail.
• Ability to manage priorities, several activities simultaneously, and to collaborate effectively with different interlocutors.
