You will ensure compliance with recipes, presentation standards and nutritional requirements specific to a prestigious establishment. You will rigorously apply hygiene and food safety standards, participate in the proper organization of the kitchen and contribute daily to maintaining a recognized level of excellence. Profile sought Having obtained a CFC as a cook or an equivalent training, you have proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a high-end establishment, a 4 or 5-star hotel, a gastronomic restaurant or a high-standing private clinic.
