In order to strengthen our educational teams in various accommodation structures in the canton of Vaud, we are recruiting: Social Educators. Salary class: 7 (this scale is understood with validated prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at class -1) Contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD - at the end of the CDD, if your profile corresponds, a CDI may be considered). Activity rate: 80% Place of work: East region, North Vaud region or Lausanne region Start of activity: as soon as possible Your role at the heart of our mission In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and with internal and external partners, you are an essential pillar for: Providing a secure and caring living environment to young Unaccompanied Minors (MNA). Encouraging their autonomy and social integration to prepare for their future. Accompanying them in the realization of their personal projects and their transition towards an independent life. Your main responsibilities Supporting young people in their daily lives, from managing routine tasks to implementing their ambitions. Maintaining a harmonious organization within the structure, in compliance with legal and institutional frameworks. Proposing and facilitating socio-educational activities to promote their collective development. Collaborating with a network of key partners to enrich the support. Managing administrative aspects related to the follow-up of beneficiaries. Let's talk about you and your skills You hold a HES diploma as a social educator (if equivalent foreign diploma, SEFRI recognition is mandatory) You have at least 5 years of experience with adolescents, ideally in an interdisciplinary context or in collective accommodation. The field of migration and supporting young people in transition fascinates you. You know the canton of Vaud and benefit from previous professional experience in the canton. You master English or other languages (a valuable asset!). Common office tools are no secret to you, and you have a driver's license (mandatory).
