What this position offers you ###

• You independently design, develop, and maintain control-relevant reports, dashboards, and analyses in Power BI and other reporting tools so that key figures become understandable, transparent, and relevant for decision-making
• Together with the Data Analyst, you analyze the requirements and decision needs in Business Controlling, thereby creating the foundation for effective control instruments
• You record the requirements of our stakeholders, structure them, and translate them into clear functional concepts, data requirements, and actionable solutions
• You coordinate and integrate reporting and controlling requirements from the specialist departments and ensure a consistent overall picture
• You ensure a uniform functional understanding of KPIs, data logics, and control mechanisms and make the basis for decisions comprehensible
• You accompany the introduction and further development of CO-tools as a functional power user and central interface to digital teams
• You document processes, requirements, decision logics, and KPI definitions together with the Data Analyst - structured, understandable, and with high quality standards
• You recognize potential for improvement in reporting, analysis, and controlling processes and proactively drive their implementation together with the relevant stakeholders

What you bring to the position ###

• You have completed further education or a degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Power BI is part of your craft: You have sound knowledge in the creation of reports, dashboards, and analyses up to the application of DAX
• You bring several years of professional experience in controlling, reporting, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical function
• You recognize connections, derive well-founded insights from data, and summarize even complex topics clearly for different stakeholder groups. In doing so, you act as an appreciated sparring partner and communicate confidently at eye level with various stakeholders.
• You are enthusiastic about digital systems, modern tools, and our internal AI. You recognize their potential and contribute new impulses for the further development of controlling
• Very good German and English skills - both written and spoken - are standard for you
