As Branch Manager, you assume full responsibility for our agency in Neuchâtel. Your mission: embody an entrepreneurial spirit, exercise authentic leadership, and create a tangible impact

Your responsibilities

• You develop your agency strategically and operationally - with vision and pragmatism
• You actively conquer new clients, build lasting relationships, and maintain existing partnerships
• You are regularly present at your clients' locations - visible, listening, and engaged
• You lead your team with clarity, energy, and passion - and you make successes visible
• You take charge of active candidate management: you identify, inspire, and accompany the right talents for our clients

What you bring

• A true commercial flair and a sharp sense of client needs
• Leadership qualities capable of inspiring others
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to take on responsibility
• Enthusiasm for recruitment and for creating a solid talent pool
• CFC, degree or university training in the following fields: commerce, management, HR, or equivalent training
• Comfortable with digital tools (Office 365, Salesforce, SAP, ERP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of French and English - for professional exchange with clients, candidates, and colleagues
