We are looking for a committed assistant educator for the KINDCARE site in Baar.

What are your tasks?

• Pedagogical promotion and support of the children entrusted to us
• Co-design of a day adapted to the age and interests of the children
• Support in documenting children's development using portfolios
• Co-design of an educational partnership with families
• Organization of outings and activities for parents
• Active participation in team meetings
• Contributing to a rewarding and family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• Completed training as a FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
• Team spirit
• Personal initiative, creativity and flexibility
