As an important reference hospital with a comprehensive training mission, the Limmattal hospital ensures extensive basic medical care for more than 96 000 patients each year. It also offers cutting-edge medicine and in-depth expertise in many specialized surgical and medical disciplines. The hospital has 188 acute care beds, 126 long-term care beds as well as eight operating rooms and eight intensive care places. More than 1 577 employees from 57 nations provide high-quality and varied services daily. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and stress-resistant MPA.

The working days at 60 % are Wednesday to Friday and at 80 % Monday, Wednesday to Friday.

Here are your missions

• organization of consultations, reception of patients, making appointments, triage and management of all KISIM mailboxes
• telephone contact with internal and external services
• administrative tasks and organizational activities
• laboratory work, blood sampling and performing CTGs
• assistance during urogynaecological examinations and small diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• preparation of consumable material and maintenance of devices

You

• have completed professional training as a medical assistant or a graduated nurse HF/FH
• have professional experience in the field of the gynecological clinic
• are flexible towards changes
• are a team person, dynamic, open and warm
• have an interest in medical technology
• enjoy working autonomously and maintain good interdisciplinary collaboration with the doctors and the entire team
• experience with KISIM is an advantage
